Veradrop Policies and FAQ

First-time clients

I ask that new clients contact me directly to book their first appointment after that you are welcome to use the online scheduler. If this is your first appointment I will have a short intake when you arrive.  Please show up by your scheduled start time.
If you have had a recent surgery, injury, or medical condition please message me to review any possible contraindications and session modifications before you come in.

Any misconduct will result in the termination of your massage.

Late appointments-  If you arrive later than your scheduled treatment time I may need to shorten your service.  I will always do my best to give full-time if you arrive late however that is not always possible.

No shows- If you no-show your scheduled appointment there will be a 50-dollar fee. I will also require prepayment for the next session. This is non-refundable and can not be moved on the schedule once made. If the invoice isn’t paid promptly I will cancel the appointment.

Last-minute cancellations or rescheduled 24-hour notice is required for all appointment changes.  This may incur a 50-dollar fee or prepayment of your next service.

If I feel that there is a consistent pattern of last-minute changes to appointments or no-shows this may result in a nonrefundable prepayment of your appointment which won't be allowed to move.   This may also result in not being able to book anymore.

Payment: is due at the time of service.  I take cash or credit cards.   I have also been able to take a health savings card, but this is not always a guarantee that the card will go through.

Tipping is appreciated and I accept tips, I do not require or expect tips at my business.

Gift Cards: I am no longer selling digital gift certificates. If you have already purchased a digital gift card those are still valid.  The 16-digit code needs to be provided to redeem.  I can not resend or help with gift cards at the office please reach out to me before your appointment.  If you do not have the gift card with you at the time of service you will be responsible for paying for service.

Minors I do not massage children under the age of 13.  Parents will need to come in and fill out a release.  Parents are welcome to stay in the room.  45-60 minutes are required for first-time sessions and can not get 75 minutes or 90-minute sessions.

Children in the massage room  I understand that sometimes needing to bring your kids to a massage appointment may be needed.  I feel longer sessions can be harder for children to sit through.   If you need to bring a child with you to an appointment please limit your appointment time to one hour.   My room does not have internet access. Good idea to download a movie before you get here.
